Overview of System Settings

System Settings affect the overall behavior of Workflow in terms of reporting and print tracking.

After making changes, you may need to log out and log back in to see the results.
  • General System Settings: These settings affect Reporting configuration, custom field search priority, locale and virtual printer filter options.
  • Default Date and Time Settings: Set the time zone and default date format. Date and time settings are used within Reporting and Job Accounting.
  • Email Configuration and Email Logo: Configure email settings to allow Workflow to send email notifications for scheduled reports, license violations or when configuring custom rules involving notifications.
  • Email Logo: Select a logo that will appear within email notifications.
  • Report Logo: Select a logo that will appear within reports.
  • Automatic Cleanup: Set the number of days to keep Task history, Job event, or Server log data.
  • Task Configuration: If necessary, change the default data directory, working directory or log locations for scheduled tasks.
