Default Date and Time Settings

Date and Time settings are used for all displayed date/time fields in Workflow. The initial setting is determined by the locale of the server on which Workflowis installed, but you can change the setting if required. You may need to log out and log back in to see the changes.

  1. Select Administration from the ribbon.
  2. Select SettingsSystem.
  3. In the 'Default Date/Time Settings' section, change one or more of the following options.
    1. Time Zone: Choose the time zone to use. All time zone settings are shown in UTC to eliminate Daylight Savings Time as a factor.
    2. Date Format: Choose the date format that corresponds to the selected locale. This date format will be used in reports.
    3. 24 Hour clock: Indicate if you want to use the 24 hour clock or the 12 hour clock. By default, this option is set to Yes to enable the 24 hour clock.  
Check the 'Displays as' field to confirm the example of how your date and time settings will appear. Use this visual as confirmation to ensure your settings are correct.
