Embedded for Ricoh Overview

Users installing Embedded for Ricoh must have Administrator rights.

 

Installation Workflow

1. Confirm the Pre-requisites for installation
2. Select the appropriate Installation Method from the list below.
3. Configure the desired functionality on the MFP in Workflow

 

Installation Methods

Please select the correct method of installation from the list. The method of installation is dependent upon the Ricoh model to which you will be installing the Workflow embedded application.

 

Installation Method	Models supported
Manual Installation - SOP	SSDK 2.31 or greater
Manual Installation - Xlet	version 10 or greater
Automatic Installation	SOP Gen II and newer

Prerequisites

• The user performing this installation must have Administrator rights.
• The most recent version of Workflow must be installed. See Workflow System Requirements.
• All Ricoh MFPs must be up to date with the latest firmware version
• The ricohembeddedredistributable.zip has been downloaded to the redistribution folder (C:\Program Files (x86)\Print Audit Infinite\redist)

Once these pre-requesites have been met, please proceed with following the instructions for the selected installation method.
