View the Printer List

As users print, Workflow obtains the printer's details. Workflow adds each printer to the Printer List and applies the default Printer Profile to configure how the printer is tracked. If necessary, you can also manually add a printer to the print list if you want to add a new printer before users can print to it.

  1. To view the Printer List, select Administration from the ribbon.
  2. Select PrintersList.

The Printer List displays the Printer name, Port information, Host, Model, the Track Profile currently assigned and the type of printer (local, direct IP, network, etc.).

To search for a printer

The search feature on the Printer List screen allows you to search for a specific print based on the Printer name and Model fields. You can enter partial information only and all matches will be located, no matter where the search text appears in the fields. You can also filter based on Connection Type to locate only certain network or direct IP printers, for example.
