Delete a Printer

If a printer is redundant, you can delete it from the database. However, you can only delete a printer if there are no accounted jobs associated with the printer. It's also noteworthy that even after you delete a printer from this list, if a user sends a job to the printer again, it will reappear in this list.

1. Select Printers → List. All printers in the system are listed.
2. Click Delete in the row of the printer you want to delete.
   1. If jobs are accounted for this printer, you will see a message indicating that the printer cannot be deleted.
   2. If no prints jobs are accounted, confirm that you want to delete the printer.
