Override the User's Account Balance
The account balance refers to the number of pages, cost, etc. that remains on the User's account allowance for the current period. Whenever the user prints a job, the value of the job is automatically deducted from the allowance until the value is 0. If the user reaches 0, they can no longer print.
There are several ways to override the user account balance:
- Adjust the Account Balance for a Single User within the Edit User screen
- Using an Import task (for multiple users). Refer to Import the User List if you prefer to set the allowance for many users at the same time.
- By editing the User Profile, which changes the allowance for all user's assigned to the profile.
