View Task History

The Task History screen provides a list of all previously run tasks, including both successful and unsuccessful attempts to run the task. You can use the search functionality to locate a task by name, or based on who started the task. The Additional Options also provide fine control to search based on results, completion date, etc.

The Task list also provides the following task icons:

Icon	Action
	Opens the Task Details screen. This screen provides information about the number of values imported/exported, who ran the task, and when the task was last run. You can save the Event log or and the Results log from this screen. The location of the Event Log is determined in the Task Configuration fields.
	If you enabled Download as the Destination, click this option to re-download the file. This icon only appears for Download destination tasks.
	You can delete the history for a previously run task only if you have Administration rights within Workflow.
