Change the Printer Profile

When a user prints to a new device, or if an Administration added a printer manually, a printer profile is assigned to the device. You can change the printer profile in the Edit printer screen.

  1. Select Administration from the ribbon.
  2. Select Printers → List.
  3. In the Printers screen, click on the name of the printer you want to modify.
  4. In the Edit printer screen, select a different Printer Profile from the list.
