Printanista Workflow user processes

Printanista Workflow is an important step in the initial configuration process. All users must be assigned a user role and a user profile. In addition, you can also benefit from creating User Groups to keep users organized.

Ensure you complete these tasks in the order presented for initial configuration - some steps are dependent upon the preceding step and cannot be completed out of order.

1. Configure User Roles and set the default role for new users.
2. Configure User Profiles and set the default profile for new users.
3. Create User Groups and assign users to groups.
