Remote Print Service email accounts
To use the Remote Print Service Chromebook extension, a user must be logged into their Chromebook with an email that is associated with their Printanista Workflow user account. Users can register this email using My Workflow.
To view whether a Remote Print email account has been configured to enable printing from the Workflow Chromebook extension with Remote Print Service, follow these instructions.
- Select Administration from the ribbon.
- Select Users → List.
- Use the Search feature to locate the user account.
- Click on the User's Network Name in the User List to open the Edit screen.
- In the 'Remote Print Integration' section, the Remote Print email address will appear if the user has registered. To enter a new email address, click in the field and type the address. Click Save.
