Remote Print Service email accounts

To use the Remote Print Service Chromebook extension, a user must be logged into their Chromebook with an email that is associated with their Printanista Workflow user account. Users can register this email using My Workflow.

To view whether a Remote Print email account has been configured to enable printing from the Workflow Chromebook extension with Remote Print Service, follow these instructions.

  1. Select Administration from the ribbon.
  2. Select UsersList.
  3. Use the Search feature to locate the user account.
  4. Click on the User's Network Name in the User List to open the Edit screen.
  5. In the 'Remote Print Integration' section, the Remote Print email address will appear if the user has registered. To enter a new email address, click in the field and type the address. Click Save.
