View Client Computers

The Computer section of the Client settings provides a list of all clients that have sent jobs through Workflow. You can change the Authentication option per client in cases where you may need to use a different authentication method than the default. For example, if a kiosk computer in a library may require a different authentication method than the computer used by the librarian. You can also change the Disconnected protocol which applies a particular action when the clients are not connected to the server for any reason.

  1. Select Administration from the ribbon.
  2. Select SettingsClient.
  3. In the Computers section, a list of all connected clients is displayed. You can use the Filter option to search for a specific client.
