Track Listed Applications Only

Although you can track print jobs using a user profile, print profile or by specific application, an option is available to track printing only from configured applications. If your organization needs to track printing from a particular application only for billing purposes, enable this option.

1. Select Administration from the ribbon.
2. Select Applications.
3. Follow the instructions in Create an Application Rule to populate the applications list.
4. Set Only track listed to 'Yes'.
